Things I wish I knew before I tried it

Location is a gem for shops and restaurants, making it ideal for city explorers. Rooms are spacious and clean, allowing for a comfortable stay. Breakfast options are plentiful, though not exceptional. Enjoyed nearby metro access for quick trips to the city center. Would have appreciated better Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

We had a wonderful time exploring the nearby shopping center with convenient access to everything we needed, from dining to entertainment options. The spacious family room was perfect for our group of five adult children, and the efficient service made our stay smooth.

i had a great time at the hotel. excellent location for heading into madrid with the metro just a hop away. super spacious room, and the bathroom was lovely. i appreciated the free drinks in the fridge too. def gonna stay here again in may!

the wifi was kinda annoying and kept dropping. also, i wish there were more breakfast options.
